We hope you love your Barejoy Fitness Apparel! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:

– Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

– Any shipping costs paid are nonrefundable.

– All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch.

Domestic Purchase can be exchanged under the following conditions:

– Exchanges are for the same style. Sale items can only be exchanged for the same style and color.

– Original purchase must be unworn with tags still attached.

– Return Shipping must be paid by the customer.

On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] In your message body, please provide us with your:

– Order number

– Brief description of the problem

– Photos of the Issue

When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact, will be given a full refund excluding any shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination within the state of Texas, all sales taxes will be refunded.

You can modify the information on your Barejoy account by clicking on “Your account”. Enter your user ID and your password and, once you are logged in, click on “My profile” to change or delete information.  If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.
